Mullerianosis: A Rare Tumor Like Lesion of the Urinary Bladder

Mullerianosis is a very rare condition and involves the coexistence of 2 or more different types mullerian lesions such as endometriosis, endocervicosis endosalpingiosis in extrauterine area. It bladder frequently urinary system common women reproductive age. In involvements, it may present clinically with hematuria, dysuria pelvic pain. can mimic malignant histopathologically clinically. Therefore, although they are usually benign lesions, malignancy should be excluded. this article, we presented 41-year-old mullerianosis case who gross hematuria vaginal bleeding.
